Room rental
If you book a room without a menu or do not reach the minimum number of people, we reserve the right to charge a room rental fee.

Events 15 to 40 people:
- Uniform starter and dessert
- Two main courses to choose from (with detailed pre-order)
Events with more than 40 people:
- Uniform starter and dessert
- Two to three main courses (meat/fish/vegetarian) to choose from; detailed pre-order
Events with fewer than 15 people:
- Uniform starter, main course and dessert
- Vegetarian option on site upon recommendation
- À la carte available on request
Decoration & Service
- Cover price: € 4,80 per person (decoration in desired colors)
- Individual design & decoration: Price on request
Bring your own food & drinks
- Plate charge for cakes brought from your own: € 4,50 per person
- Corkage fee: Wine €28, Champagne €40, Spirits €80
Extensions & night surcharges
- Night surcharge from midnight: €50 per service employee per hour.
- Night surcharge from midnight: €60 per service employee per hour.
- Maximum event duration: 12 hours
Music & Final
- Garden Hall / Summer House:
Music ends: 02:00 a.m.; guests leave until 02:30 a.m. - Irmi's recording studio:
Music ends: 02:00 a.m.; guests leave until 02:30 a.m. - Other event rooms:
Music ends: 24:00 a.m.; guests leave until 01:00 a.m.
Hotel rooms – minimum order for events with music
- Summer house: 5 rooms
- Coach house, garden hall & summer house: 10 rooms
