Munich and surroundings
The excellent location of our Hotel Stangl in the east of Munich is the ideal starting point for excursions to Munich and the charming surroundings of the region.
For example, you have the points of interest & sights the city of Munich, various bathing lakes, the Ebersberg Forest and the mountains. From the S-Bahn station Poing you can reach the city in 20 minutes – without changing trains – to enjoy a Sightseeing tour From Monday to Friday, there is a direct bus connection (20 minutes) to the city. The stop is approximately 300 meters from the hotel.
If you want something more relaxing, visit the Erding Thermal Baths – by car in 25 minutes – by direct S-Bahn in 35 minutes.
Our Shuttle service from/to S-Bahn Poing is available for 15 euros per trip.
